Scope of Work: Grading, paving, signing, illumination, and roadside development on N Jetty Road. The class of work is asphalt concrete paving and oiling, with a project cost range from $1 million to $2 million. Major pay items include approximately 2,000 feet of sediment barrier, 4,000 cubic yards of general excavation, 7,750 square yards of subgrade geotextile, 5,000 tons of aggregate base, 2,100 tons of asphalt concrete pavement, 950 feet of concrete curb, 1,500 square feet of concrete walk, 4,000 feet of pavement marking paint, 320 square feet of pavement bars, light poles and foundations, storm water detention basins, and building site preparation. Instructions to Bidders: All projects have minimum wage rate requirements. Bids may be rejected if not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. Lane County may reject any or all bids for good cause if it is in the public interest.
