Site work for a water / sewer project in Aumsville, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes removing approximately 900 dry tons of municipal biosolids from two, clay-lined, wastewater lagoons located at the Aumsville Wastewater Treatment Plant. The solids content of the sludge ranges from 2% to 8%. Upon removal, the biosolids shall be screened, dewatered, and hauled to an approved landfill for disposal. Payment will be by the bone-dry ton hauled as explained in the technical specifications for the project. Bidders must submit their bids clearly marked with the project name, date, and time of closing, along with the bidder's name, to the specified address by the bid closing time. The First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on the day of bid closing in a sealed envelope, regardless of bid total. Failure to submit the required disclosure form will result in the bid being considered non-responsive. Pre-qualification is required. Prospective bidders are responsible for inspecting the project site either by attending the pre-bid meeting or by arranging separate site access. Question Deadline 04/09/2026
