Annual, semi-annual, and 30-day follow-up inspections are required for nineteen traction elevators and thirteen hydraulic elevators, along with a Five-Year Full Load Test on all applicable units. All labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision must be provided by a QEI-1 certified elevator inspector. Work must comply with the requirements outlined in VARR 852.211-72 Technical Industry Standards, and pricing must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the solicitation. Compliance with VARR 852.219-73, including verification of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business status through the SBA certification database, is required, and responses must include printed copies of both ASME QEI-1 certification and SBA SDVOSB certification. Offerors must also complete the certification data required under VARR 852.219-75 on page 29 and adhere to the limitations on subcontracting indicated for service and construction contracts.
