Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the replacement of the HVAC system in Buildings 6 and 8 at the VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, Omaha VA Medical Center, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Work includes full removal, installation, and integration of HVAC components and all associated services required to deliver a fully functional system. This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside conducted under Public Law 109-461 and the Veterans First Contracting Program, requiring offerors to be certified SDVOSBs under the applicable NAICS code, eligible small businesses, and listed in the SBA certification database. Offerors must also provide the Limitation on Subcontracting certification with their proposal to be eligible for evaluation and award. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a $19 million small business size standard, and the estimated construction magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
