Sealed Bids must be addressed to Pelican Katy Boardwalk, LLC and delivered to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and provide insurance certificates within seven days of receiving the Contract Documents. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, it must be delivered at the bid opening address within twenty-four hours of receipt of the bid opening.
