Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Troutdale, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Brockamp & Jaeger, Inc., serving as the Design-Build Contractor for the Reynolds High School Dental Program Renovation project on behalf of Reynolds School District, is soliciting subcontractor bids for all scopes of work, except for the dental equipment and the design-build electrical package which have already been awarded. Subcontractor bids must be based on the 100% Construction Documents prepared by BBL Architects and their consultants. Bidders are required to submit the SUBCONTRACTOR BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY FORM with their bid proposals. Late bids or bids for partial work will not be accepted. All subcontractors must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board and carry all necessary licensing and bonding for public projects in Oregon. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. Brockamp & Jaeger, Inc. reserves the right to reject all bids, reject bids not in compliance, reject partial scope bids, reject for good cause, or waive minor irregularities. The firm encourages bids from minority, women, disadvantaged, and emerging small business enterprises. There will be no public opening of bids or announcement of selected firms until the selection process is complete. Bidders are not permitted to visit the site outside the scheduled pre-bid meeting without prior written approval, and must not enter the school except as instructed.
