The work consists of supplying 18.76 miles of roadside mowing in Perch Lake Township. The successful Contractor will provide two mowings: the first mowing between June 22 and July 6, 2026, and the second mowing between August 31 and September 15, 2026. The quote should be for each complete mowing of 18.63 miles. A road listing with mileage and maps showing road locations are available upon request. The Contractor must provide an insurance certificate verifying general liability insurance with a minimum of $1.5 million per occurrence, covering all equipment operated for the work. The Contractor must have a Tax ID No. (Federal Employer Identification or Social Security No.), workers compensation insurance if required under Minnesota state law, and be willing to sign an "Indemnification, Hold Harmless and Defend” document if the quote is accepted. Quotes must be signed and can be mailed or emailed to Clerk Jeanette Olson at the provided address by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026. Supervisors reserve the right to delay a decision, negotiate with contractors regarding their proposals, or reject any and all quotes. The lowest quote will not be the only basis for consideration.
