Renovation of a civil project in Cloquet, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Rehabilitation of an existing above grade approximately 12' x 10' CMU structure and below grade dry well. A wet well is located on each side of the dry well. Wastewater currently flows from wet well to wet well via the bypass pipe but historically flowed through the dry well for sampling and flow measurement. This structure and equipment is referred to as the 'Sampling Station.' Bidders must submit both paper and email copies of their Bids by the specified bid due date. Paper copies should be delivered to the specified address. Question Deadline 06/22/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
