Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of removing and replacing curb and gutter, asphaltic pavement pulverization, salvaging of existing base course and pulverized material, excavations to subgrades, grading, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and restoration work on a portion of Parking Lot T (approximately 6,850 SY). All potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction projects with budgets over $100,000. All bids from non-certified contractors will be rejected. Bids must be submitted as a PDF scanned file of all required documents (including bid and bid bond forms with original wet signatures or properly transmitted electronic signatures) via the eBuilder Bidding Portal, US Mail, third-party delivery, or hand delivery to the designated drop box. The bidder is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of the sealed bid to the specified location or portal. Third-party delivery is at the bidder's risk. Construction bidding documents are available only as downloadable electronic files in PDF format from the Division of Facilities Development website. No deposit is required to obtain bidding documents. Contract offer and construction phase records will be processed electronically via eBuilder. No in-person pre-bid tour will be offered, but bidders are welcome to visit the site during specified hours to view conditions. Bidders can contact the designated engineer with bid questions.
