Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 31,966-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Qualified Contractors are invited to submit a stipulated sum proposal for furnishing all labor and material as called for on the Drawings and in the Project Manual for the New City Hall for City of Stevens Point, Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The project consists of an approximately 32,000 square foot, 2-story, steel-framed building with masonry exterior and all associated site work. The project also includes several alternates including a 6,300 square foot indoor parking garage. Bid documents can be obtained from the Office of the Architect by emailing planrequests@somervilleinc.com. Instructions for downloading or requesting printed copies of bidding documents will be emailed. Questions should be directed to the Project Architect by fax or email. The Owner will accept sealed Bids from General Contractors at the specified address until the stated deadline. Submit proposal on a copy of the Bid Forms bound in Project Manual. Mail or deliver in accordance with instructions in the Bidding Documents. The envelope containing the sealed Bid shall bear the name and address of the interested firm and the notation "Stevens Point City Hall" on the outside. A Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond will be required. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conferences will be conducted at the project site; bidders need attend only one of the scheduled dates.
