The City of Redlands Municipal Utilities and Engineering Department is soliciting bids for: WATER & WASTEWATER FACILITY PARTS & SUPPLIES. This contract does not commit the City to purchase the quantities indicated. The quantities are estimates and are based on the best available information. The purpose of this contract is to establish prices for the commodities or services needed, should the City need to purchase these commodities or services. Since the quantities are estimates, the City may purchase more than the estimated quantities, less than the estimated quantities, or not purchase any quantities at all. The needs of the City shall govern the amount that is purchased. City may request items that are not listed in Part 4, Price and Fee Bid. In such an event, vendors shall offer the best available governmental pricing. As part of the contract/agreement, the City of Redlands will reserve the right to select or reject employees and sub-contractors providing services. DELIVERY SCHEDULE Items ordered should be delivered as soon as possible, but no later than seven (7) business days from the date of each order. No electronic submission will be accepted (Email, fax, etc.). Address: 35 Cajon St., Suite 15A, Redlands, CA 92373. Follow "Bid Documents Required". SUBMISSION OF FORMAL BIDS Formal bids and changes thereto shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes, properly addressed and to include the date and time of the bid opening and the material or services bid on shall be typed or written on the face of the envelope. Two complete bid packages (1 original plus 1 copy) with all required documents as itemized must be submitted in a single sealed envelope. Items ordered should be delivered as soon as possible, but no later than twenty-one (21) business days from the date of each order.
