The proposed work consists of the provision of materials, labor, and equipment necessary to replace 20 filtered water returns in the indoor zero depth pool at Pelican Harbor, located at 200 Lindsey Ln. Bolingbrook, IL 60440. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). All proposals must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. No oral proposals or modifications will be considered.
