The proposed work consists of the provision of materials, labor, and equipment necessary to apply crack filler, sealer, and pavement markings on asphalt pavement. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. All proposals must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. No oral proposals or modifications will be considered. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened.
