Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bids must be submitted in a sealed format and include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. The park district may reject any and/or all bids, waive any informality, and accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act to the extent applicable. No oral proposals or modifications will be considered. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the bid opening or before award unless the award is delayed more than thirty (30) days.
