Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of February 19, 2026, the project was awarded to ARS Landscaping in the amount of $297,637.25, and Innovation Landscape Inc in the amount of $426,173.97, with a total awarded amount of $723,811.22** Indian Prairie School District 204 is accepting sealed bids for playground renovations at Builta Elementary, Fry Elementary, Petersen Elementary, White Eagle Elementary, and Young Elementary. Stipulated Lump Sum Bids are required, to be submitted with two copies on the provided form, along with two copies of all required supplements, and bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. Performance, Labor, and Material Payment Bonds, each equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount, and an acceptable Certificate of Insurance, will be required from the successful Bidder. Bidders must comply with Illinois statutes regarding the payment of prevailing wage rates, and the contract will be subject to the requirements of the Equal Employment Practices Commission and the Illinois Human Rights Act, including written sexual harassment policies. Bids must be irrevocable for a period of ninety days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures, and to award the contract in a manner serving the best interest of the School District.
