Any questions shall be submitted in writing to Meghan Gibbons, Director of Nutrition Services, gibbonsmk@vvsd.or Question Deadline 01/22/2026 Should a bidder find discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from documents, or should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he shall at once, and in any event not later than five (5) days prior to bid due-date, notify the School District, who will, if necessary send written addenda to all bidders. School District will not be responsible for any oral instructions. All inquiries shall be directed in writing to Meghan Gibbons at gibbonsmk@vvsd.org
