Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,460-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
A new animal control facility will be constructed on property owned by the Village adjacent to the Public Works building at 299 Canterbury Lane. The new facility will be a single story 4,460 square foot building and also includes an outdoor vestibule, dog yard interlock, and open space dog yard. Various site improvements will be constructed to provide nearby parking, vehicle circulation, and ingress/egress. Site work will include underground water, sewer, and storm extensions to serve the new facility. Sealed bids are invited. Prospective bidders are free to visit the site at their convenience. The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Hard copy bid documents may be examined at the Village of Bolingbrook Town Center, and electronic bid documents can be requested by contacting the provided phone number or email.
