Renovation of an educational facility in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove and replace existing package rooftop including mated ERVs. Provide and install new Energy Recovery Ventilators with Core heat exchangers. Provide new adapter curbs for new equipment. Provide new package rooftop units including fresh air preconditioners. Rework roof mounted natural gas piping to new connection locations. Bidders must be properly licensed in accordance with Section 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt. E-Verify compliance is required. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids and must submit forms to demonstrate good faith efforts to obtain Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise participation. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities.
