Sealed proposals are requested for Large Diameter Water Pipe and Fittings. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, as may in the judgment of the Council of the City of High Point, serve its best interest and to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid submitted. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids for a period of sixty days. The purpose of this specification is to procure large diameter ductile iron pipe and associated fittings for use by the City of High Point Water and Sewer Mains Division.
