Texarkana Arkansas School District is accepting proposals from interested parties for Custodial Cleaning Services (Contractor) for a period of one year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. Proposals must be submitted no later than Friday, April 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. An official authorized to bind the firm must sign the proposal, and it must include a statement that the proposal is effective for at least one hundred and twenty (120) days from the submission date. The District does not commit to award a contract, pay any proposal preparation costs, or contract for services. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, negotiate with any qualified Contractors, waive nonmaterial irregularities, or cancel the request in whole or in part. Bidders should submit one original and seven copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope clearly labeled as instructed. Late or faxed/emailed submissions will not be accepted. Contractors should not contact the Superintendent, School Board members, or other school employees regarding this bid proposal until the bidding and awarding process is resolved; failure to comply may result in disqualification.
