Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Texarkana, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

This project involves the purchase and installation of a 60 KW generator and an open-air metal structure for the Miller County Office of Emergency Management building. Install new 60KW Commercial Generator (natural gas ) Install new 400 Amp overhead service to SWEPCO specifications Install automatic transfer switch at new service for generator Run underground power supply from transfer switch to generator location Trenching and cover up of ditches Tear out old disconnect , install conduit and wiring for new generator set up Install ground wire from existing inside 400 amp main to 400 amp sub panel insuring proper grounding to the sub panel per code Install 10 x 20 steel awning with vertical roof Warranty - installation and operation Site Inspection available upon request
