As of 4/17/26, this project has not yet been awarded. Project set to be awarded on 4/21/26. The work consists of providing labor, equipment, and material necessary to construct the "PEARSON DRIVE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS." All bids must be placed on the designated forms provided in the bid documents and returned in a sealed envelope marked with "BID PROPOSAL, CITY OF FAIRVIEW PEARSON DRIVE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS" along with the name, address, and phone number of the bidder on the front. A proposal guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. All workers employed in the construction of this project will be paid in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage rates. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure.
