The improvements involve upsizing the existing gravity sewer, replacing associated appurtenances, and performing all related work as required by the plans and specifications to ensure a complete and operational system for the City of Bentonville Water Utilities Department. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. Personal and company checks are not acceptable. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds equal to the total bid price at the time of contract signing.
