Description

Site work for a development in Morgan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The removal and on-site stacking of 7,320 feet of wooden post, top rail, and barbed wire style fencing at the Trail Creek WMA, and the removal and on-site stacking of 680 feet of barbed wire/mesh and T-post style fencing at the Cook WMA, as well as the reconstruction of the same 7,320 feet of fencing using welded drill pipe and succor rod at the Trail Creek WMA and the same 680 feet of fencing also using welded drill pipe and succor rod at the Cook WMA. The existing fencing materials will be stacked adjacent to the fence line in a location determined by the agency and the awarded vendor. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
