Sealed bids are requested for a door project for the Boys & Girls Club of Benton County (Rogers Unit). Information for bidders can be obtained by contacting the provided phone number or email. Federal funding applies, and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages as well as certified payrolls are required. The City and homeowner reserve the right to waive formalities or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the City. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 60 days after the bid opening. Participation from low-income/small, minority, and woman-owned business enterprises is encouraged, both as general contractors and subcontractors. Majority contractors are requested to seek partnerships with qualified small, minority, and woman-owned businesses whenever possible. The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
