The City of Santa Clarita is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and certified firms for comprehensive preventive maintenance, inspection, monitoring, and repair services for the city's thermal systems at The Cube Ice and Entertainment Center, located at 27745 Smyth Drive, Santa Clarita. The scope includes systems such as HVAC, boilers, condensers, cooling towers, dehumidification systems, air distribution systems, an ammonia refrigeration system with around 1,600 pounds of anhydrous ammonia servicing three ice sheets for recreational use, and all associated brine circuits for these ice sheets. General requirements for bidders include having proper insurance, appropriate licenses, the capability to perform onsite maintenance, and complying with prevailing wage requirements. Electronic bid submission is required.
