As of April 20, 2026 project was awarded to Forsgren Inc awarded amount is $2,865,200.96 Separate sealed bids are requested for the 2024 Capital Improvements Program, Street Overlays / Reconstruction, Phase A, Project No. 24-03-A. Documents including the Form of Bid, Contract, Plans, Specifications, and required Bonds may be examined or obtained at the City of Fort Smith Engineering Department. Each bidder must submit a bid security as outlined in the specifications. All bidders must be licensed according to Arkansas law. The owner retains the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the bid opening.
