The work involves providing services for siding replacement, painting of siding and trim, wall shingle replacement, and other related items for exterior restoration at Miss Lauras Brothel Museum, located at 2 North B Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Bidders must submit proposals in a sealed envelope with the RFP written on the outside packaging, by mail or hand delivery, to the City of Fort Smith Purchasing Department. All responses must be received by 2:00 PM, April 13, 2026, at 623 Garrison Ave, Room 522, Fort Smith, AR 72901. A public opening of sealed proposals will be held at 2:30 PM on April 13, 2026, at The Blue Lion, 101 N 2nd Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901. Proposals must follow the instructions as provided by the City, which may be obtained online or by email. The City of Fort Smith is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All questions or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing via email to: purchasing@fortsmithar.gov or via regular US mail to 623 Garrison Ave., Fort Smith, AR 72901 Attn: Purchasing. No oral interpretation will be made as to the meaning of specifications or other contract documents. Responses to questions may be handled as an addendum if the response would provide clarification to other bidders. All such addenda shall become part of the contract document.
