Sealed bids are invited for a project named '2026 ADA Program' at various addresses, overseen by the City of Monroe Public Works. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, properly identified with the bidder's name, contract number, bid opening date, and a statement indicating it is a sealed bid. They must be addressed to the Monroe Department of Public Works, 1000 Holman Avenue, Monroe, Ohio 45050. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply. Each bid must include a Bid Security payable to the City of Monroe in the amount of 10% of the bidder's maximum bid price. Bids will be accepted for up to 60 days after opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, or accept any bid deemed most advantageous. Contract documents are available electronically via email and may be reviewed without charge at designated locations. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 If the Bidder finds any perceived ambiguity, conflict, error, omission, or discrepancy within the Contract Documents, including the Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda, or between any of the Contract Documents and Applicable Law, the Bidder shall submit a written Request for Interpretation ("RFI") to the A/E for an interpretation or clarification.
