The work consists of the development of two wells and associated structures, installation of backup generators, and modifications to existing booster pump stations. The project will also include a SCADA control system for the new wells. Bidders are required to submit a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Little Blue Natural Resource District, Davenport, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. All contractors and consultants must comply with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. Only iron and steel products produced in the United States may be used, subject to specified waivers.
