Bids for the 2026 Fayette County Pavement Marking Program will be received electronically. Bidders must register and download plans and specifications online. Each bid must include a bid bond, cash, certified check, or letter of credit for 10% of the bid amount with surety satisfactory to the County. Bid Bonds must be accompanied by Proof of Authority for the signer. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates, insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and provide payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract price. Contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as practicable. Compliance with Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 and specific Governor's Executive Orders is required. No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days after opening.
