Renovation of a mixed-use development in Joplin, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and fire / police facility.

The scope of work includes the purchase and installation of updated elevator equipment at the Dr. Donald E. Clark Justice Center, 303 E. 3rd St., and Fire Station #4, 3402 S. Main St. This project requires the modernization and upgrade of the existing elevators at these locations. Clark Justice Center 303 E. 3rd St. Joplin, MO 64801 Fire Station #4 3402 S. Main St Joplin, MO 64801 Instructions to bidders: Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Dr. Donald E. Clark Justice Center lobby area at the south entrance. A bid bond or certified check for five percent of the total bid amount is required with each bid submission. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an indemnity bond equal to the bid amount. This is a prevailing wage project; wage rates must meet or exceed those set forth in Missouri State Wage Order No. 32, and both Jasper and Newton County wage orders must be followed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, negotiate variances, and make awards in the City's best interest.
