The work consists of asbestos removal at the following locations: 1624 S Jackson Ave, 1509 S. Picher Ave, and 101 S. Sergeant Ave (garage only) within the City of Joplin, Missouri. This is a package bid requiring bidders to cover all listed properties; individual bids for properties are not accepted. Property addresses may be removed or additional locations may be added to the request. Specifications for the work are available at the specified office location. The successful bidder must be licensed, bonded, and insured as a contractor with the City of Joplin, Missouri. The Planning & Community Development Manager has the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.
