State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Attn: Abbey Buehler, 203 Harrison Street, Peoria, Illinois 61602. Prospective bidders may examine the bidding documents at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly on Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Printed copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon payment of $40 for each nonrefundable set. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final. Question Deadline 04/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
