Sealed proposals are requested for the supply and delivery of various aggregates and materials, as follows: 1000 tons of #57 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 1000 tons of #67 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 2000 tons of PA-2A Limestone Subbase; 1500 tons of #8 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 500 tons of #3 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 500 tons of #1 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 500 tons of Anti-Skid, Type AS-2, Sandstone or Gravel Aggregate; 400 tons of #4 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 400 tons of Rip-Rap, R-6 Limestone; 400 tons of Rip-Rap, R-5 Limestone; 100 tons of #9 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 20,000 gallons of MC-70 Road Oil; 100 tons of Rip-Rap, R7 Limestone; and 100 tons of Rip-Rap, R8 Limestone. Liquidated damages apply. Proposals must use forms provided by the municipality and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
