Sealed bids, in triplicate, are invited for the Godwin Heights Public Schools North and West Elementary Roof Restoration. Bids must be submitted physically to the specified address by the stated deadline; faxed, emailed, or uploaded bids will not be accepted. All bidders are required to provide a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and the District’s Board of Education or Superintendent. A pre-bid meeting will be held onsite, and all bidders are encouraged to attend. Bidders must be a reputable organization with at least five years of successful experience with similar work, hold any necessary licenses, have ample financial resources, and be registered with Labor and Economic Opportunity for payroll submission, with proof to be attached to the bid.
