Renovation of a swimming pool in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Sealed bids, in triplicate, are invited for the Grand Rapids Public Schools, Ottawa Hills - Pool Improvements, specifically Bid Category No. 3 Swimming Pool & Equipment Only. Bids must be received by the specified time and location. FAXED, EMAILED, OR UPLOADED TO BUILDING CONNECTED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Each bid must include a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement. A construction pre-bid meeting will be held at Ottawa Hills High School, and all bidders are encouraged to attend. Bidders must be reputable organizations with at least five years of successful experience on similar work, must hold necessary licenses, and have sufficient financial resources. Required forms include: Sworn Statement of Familial Relationship, Iran Business Relationship Affidavit, Debarment & Suspension Certification, Criminal Background Affidavit, GRPS Policy for Local Contractor Discount, and Non-Collusive Affidavit. Each bid must include bid security or bid bond not less than 5% of the bid amount. Performance, Labor, and Material bonds may be required for contracts exceeding $50,000.
