Site work and paving for a road / highway in McMurray, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway.
Resurfacing of approximately 72,315 square yards on various roads throughout the Township. The base bid includes approximately 63,050 square yards of rotomilling and profiling; 7,650 tons of Superpave WMA 19.0 mm Binder Course; 6,405 tons of Superpave WMA 9.5 mm Fine Grade Scratch and Wearing Courses; inlet repairs (57 minor parging, 21 partial rebuilds, 8 replacements); traffic control; linestriping; lawn restoration; and other items incidental to the project. Also included are three Add Alternates for an additional 6,830 square yards of roadway paving. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked 2026 Pavement Maintenance Program. Bids shall only be considered valid if bidder is included on the official plan holders list. Only the purchase of the plans and specifications from the Township will place purchaser on the official plan holders list. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) is required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will be paid on this project. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by an executed Anti-Collusion Affidavit on the PennDOT form provided. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing at least seven days prior to bid opening .
