Ammendment 4 May 26 Barry Beale - Removed controlled access drawing and SOW, replaced with public access documents so vendors do not need to request access. Demolition and site improvement services are required to remove Buildings 115, 131, and 133, tent structure 321, abandoned electrical components, guardrail, fencing, and concrete and asphalt areas as shown in the demolition plan. Work includes purchasing and installing stormwater control structures such as catch basins, trench drains, and piping to provide proper drainage for ongoing grounds maintenance. The contractor shall furnish and install electrical conduit and wiring to support new fabric shelters. Site preparation is required for placement of a new concrete access road, concrete tent pad, concrete approach around Building 137, and an asphalt shoulder patch in accordance with the pavements plan. The project also requires the purchase and installation of two new tensioned fabric shelters with liners, electrical equipment, interior lighting, and doors, with one shelter including dehumidification equipment for humidity control. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, disposal, and documentation necessary to complete all project requirements.
