Phase B is a structural overlay of Hallett Avenue from the existing pavement joint north of Church Street to the bridge of the I-80/I-90 overpass (approximately 2400 feet). The project includes milling 3 inches of pavement and application of a two-course overlay with pavement repairs. Work includes removal and replacement of curb and gutter. The project also includes new ADA compliant walk, curb ramps, and crosswalks along the west side of the roadway to the north side of Elm Street. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of the bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract. Bidders are expected to provide an experience statement indicating their ability to perform the work as required in the contract documents.
