Sealed proposals are requested for the 2026 Street Resurfacing Project, which involves providing labor, materials, and equipment required to install approximately 8,160 square yards of PennDOT approved Seal Coat treatments and other related items on various streets. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Borough Engineer and include a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid price. The bid envelope must be clearly marked for the 2026 Street Resurfacing Project. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, and a 10% Maintenance Bond (1 year). Liquidated damages will be assessed at $870.00 per calendar day. West Brownsville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or portions thereof. Bids may be held for up to sixty days for review and evaluation of bidder qualifications prior to awarding the contract.
