Project Overview: YES, Prep is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms to providematerials and installation for a graphics package at Brays Oaks and White Oak Secondarycampuses. A completed pricing sheet must be included with the bid submission upload. Pricingmust be broken down by campus and include general conditions for each campus. Projects will beawarded to a single contractor. A proposed project schedule must also be included with the bidresponse, outlining the durations for submittal review, procurement, and installation. Provide unitpricing for all signage items as identified in the drawings. The selected vendor shall verify allmeasurements prior to fabrication and production. The selected vendor will be required to providematerial samples in accordance with the requirements outlined in the drawings prior to fullproduction. The contractor shall be responsible for all wall repairs and repainting required as aresult of demolition or removal of existing signage.
