Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of removals and the installation of 2-12 year old playground structures, gravel base installation for surfacing by others, concrete flat work, site furnishings, and landscape restoration. Bid documents may be obtained upon request by contacting the provided email. There is no required bid bond. If a bid is accepted, a Labor & Material Payment Bond for not less than 100% of the contract amount will be required before construction begins. A Performance Bond for not less than 100% of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction on all projects $50,000 or more, and may be required for projects $50,000 or less at the discretion of the Park District. The contractor will also be required to file a written substance abuse prevention program with the Owner before work commences. All questions concerning these projects or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Jessica Burgdorf in writing to jburgdorf@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only until 12:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2026. The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible bids or to reject all bids and waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Park District.
