The intent is to select multiple firms to work with on an as-needed basis. As specific projects arise, shortlisted firms will be invited to submit proposals based on qualifications and/or costs. The City reserves the right to engage these firms for subsequent phases of a project. Up to five firms may be shortlisted as a result of this selection process.
