The scope of work includes full replacement of the asphalt pavement of the central parking lot at Frontier Sports Complex, including selective curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement, striping, drainage structure adjustments, landscape restoration, and other miscellaneous work for a complete project as shown in the drawings and specifications. Bid documents may be obtained upon request via email; hard copies are not available. No bid bond is required. If a bid is accepted, a Surety Bond (Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bond) for not less than one hundred percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction, with specific requirements for financial strength and licensing. The contractor must also file a written substance abuse prevention program prior to the commencement of work. The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible bids or to reject all bids and waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Park District.
