Site work and paving for a road / highway in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes, but is not limited to, grinding approximately 3,350 linear feet of existing asphalt to a depth 3 and placing 3 of HMA on Devlin Road from its intersection with Soscal Ferry Road heading towards Airport Blvd. Work will also include dig out repairs in the work area of Devlin Road and traffic re-striping. Question & Substitution Request Submission Deadline: ,April 2, 2026, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline: April 3, 2026, 3:00pm A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Devlin Road surface has deteriorated over time due to normal wear and tear and has some areas that require additional work to address localized pavement failures. The work shall include but may not be limited to: o Mobilization o Asphalt grinding (Cold Plane/Milling) at project limits o Dig out of localized areas and replacing with HMA o Paving Fabric o Placement of 3" HMA wearing surface o Restriping and signage o All construction activities and resurfacing, including any temporary staging, shall occur within County right of way. o Final cleanup and demobilization
