The City of Lauderdale Lakes is seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed firm(s) to provide Swimming Pool Complex Renovation in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in this Invitation To Bid (ITB). Bids must be submitted via the City's eProcurement portal. Late bids will not be accepted. ROJECT LOCATION Swimming Pool Complex Aquatic Center 3077 NW 39th Street Lauderdale Lakes, Florida SCOPE OF WORK This Scope of Work covers the complete Facilities renovation for the Swimming Pool Complex Renovation 2026 project. The work includes painting, flooring, wall tiles, doors, windows, fixtures, furnishings, signage, and related improvements as specified herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, coordination, testing, inspections, and cleanup required to deliver a complete, fully operational, and code-compliant project. All work shall comply with the Florida Building Code, ADA requirements, NEC, applicable Plumbing Codes, and local regulations. No substitutions shall be made without prior written approval from the City. Contractors shall bid exactly as listed. All quantities and specifications shown are mandatory.
