The scope of work is divided into a Base Bid and an Alternate Bid. The Base Bid includes complete roof replacement, MDH and OSHA modifications, and abrasive blasting and painting the interior and exterior of the new roof with spot repairs at locations of structure modifications. The Alternate Bid includes complete roof replacement, MDH and OSHA modifications along with all other identified structure modifications, cleaning, abrasive blasting, and painting all interior and exterior surfaces with full containment required, and miscellaneous surface repairs. The approximate tank dimensions are a 24-foot diameter, high-water level of 113 feet, low-water level of 85 feet, and overall height of 125 feet. Bidders must submit bids online through the QuestCDN platform.
