Site work for an educational facility in Penn Yan, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Separate sealed proposals are requested for the Penn Yan Central School District 2026 Capital Improvement Project, including Contract 104: Site Construction Contract and Contract 101: General Construction Contract. Bids must be submitted in person to the specified location and by the designated deadline; electronic or faxed submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are required to provide a valid NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Certificate of Registration with their bid, and a separate sealed envelope listing names and amounts to be paid to applicable HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical subcontractors. The list of subcontractors may only be changed for legitimate construction needs. Bids that do not include all required documents or are incomplete may be rejected. Project documents may be examined at specified locations. Attention is also called to applicable law and regulations regarding public work contracts.
