Renovation of a recreation facility in Bridgeton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
Bid proposals are requested for the Proposed Sunset Lake Amphitheater Improvements. Bid proposals must be received in sealed envelopes marked with the bid and project name. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner required by the specifications. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, not exceeding $20,000. Consent of Surety from an approved Surety Company is required with the bid. Failure to submit a "Consent of Surety" will result in automatic rejection. Business organizations must be registered with the State and provide proof of registration before entering into a contract. All bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. This is a prevailing wage project, and compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act is required. Vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified under N.J.A.C. 7:1D are excluded from participation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive immaterial information.
